AS9100 Maintenance Program
Once AS9100 and ISO 9000 registration has been achieved, the quality management system (QMS) must be maintained. Reeb Consulting Services offers a AS9100 Maintenance Program which will perform this work in a cost-effective and efficient manner, tailored to fit the client's needs.
The AS9100 Maintenance Program will include: The first internal audit should be done 6 months after start up. This review will allow time for adjustments and corrections to be in place before the 1 year review audit by the outside registrar.
Internal Audits, which are a crucial component in QMS checks and balances, thus looking for any major or minor non-conformities. The non-conformities can be addressed after a internal audit. This is to prevent your registration from being revoked during the subsequent surveillance audit. RCS should conduct internal audits twice a year in a professional, efficient manner.
Corrective Actions, which are performed after surveillance audits to close out and correct any non-conformities. The AS9100 Maintenance Program frees up client personnel for regular job duties and costs less than committing a client employee to QMS upkeep.
